These are the original proposals for the Wynwood 2243 location. The idea is to use the space for video arts, promotions and activations such as artists showcase and tent pole events like Valentine's, Halloween, Miami Music Week.
We see the opportunity to transform the vacant storefronts into enhanced-collaborative media galleries, creating an outdoor corridor that can host an array of creative content, monetizing it through sponsorships while they are being offered for leasing.

This is the first venue suitable for the initiative.
The designs are meant to work for artists or brands. The most cost-efficient approach is by creating campaigns or a series of activations within 6 or 12 months. Lowering the cost of the technology, content creation, and creative assets.
